Application for Lot Improvements
Lot improvements require a permit to be obtained prior to the start of the project. Lot improvements include, but not limited to, a driveway, culvert pipe, utility building, screen room, gazebo, deck, boat dock, retaining wall or fence, patio/concrete slab, dwelling, garage, sewage control/treatment, and water well.

Registration Request Forms
You must register your items with the office prior to use at PLE. Remember that all titles must be in the Primary Lot Owners’ name.
Items that need to be registered, but not limited to, include a boat, boat motor, personal watercraft, camper, ATV or UTV, golf cart, motorcycle, or other motorized land vehicle.
Print out the form and submit it to the office for approval.

Pavilion Reservations
Please contact the office to make reservations for the pavilion. Reservation of the Pavilion at Pinnacle Lake Estates is done on a first come first serve basis for registered lot owners in good standing. Please use the link below to print and submit your reservation to the office for approval.
